You know how much time you had to practise writing A,B,C,D before you mastered it. You don't remember it. When we are kids we have patiences to learn new things and don't look at calender that I took 1 week to learn something. As adults we might take less time compared to childhood but we will still take time.
Stress and tension is indicator of a situation which you might be experiencing for the first time. You are going to make mistakes alot. And it's OK. It won't be a matter of life and death (in adulthood it won't define you or affect your image reputation etc)... be kind with yourself.
Now how to regulate your stress and anxiety.
Step 1- when you recognize your body is gping through stressful reaction, make a conscious effort and drink water. Or go to washroom.
Step 2- sunlight every morning and evening.
Step 3- for studies, try again try again. remove emotional context. That is shame fear and guilt.
Step 4- everytime you loss patience and are unkind with yourself. Remember ABCD
