Can i eat non veg after typhoid
Today i eat non veg chances of relapse of typhoid. Im fed up with typhoid. I hve no symptoms. 3 days slight weakness.

You should return to your normal diet very gradually over a period of 2 months , not straight away. At present take easily digestible food only , with plenty of water and fresh fruits.
Take capsule Cobadex forte twice daily.
