I have social anxiety, ptsd, anxiety, disorderd eating, low self esteem , body image issues , abandonment issues, and a lot things I don't know. I want to look for a therapist. Should I try psychiatrist or a psychologist ? Is it possible if we can do therapy session just from chatting? I am in place where I don't have privacy but I need help .
