Hi dear dr my baby boy 2 years old he had canstipation i do general stool examination report as ( brown soft ... undigestuble food seen .... monila and fatty drpos seen ) and Stool H .pylori Negative but i do Calprotectin titer for stool the Result is postive ( 295 ug/g ) is this test dependable for baby a this age ? what should i do to my baby to eat or to avoid that cause constipation ... with regard

This test is not reliable at this age. Give banana or apple daily and also other fruits. Give raw vegetable salads which are all good sources of fiber. Avoid processed and packaged food like biscuits, chocolates, wafers, chips. Also avoid bakery foods. Give home cooked fresh food
