Calcium tablet and iron tablet
I have vitamin D deficiency as well as iron deficiency. I have been taking dexorange tablets at night. Doctor prescribed me calcium tablets 2 times a day along with vitamin D sachet 2 times a week. Does taking iron and calcium together affect absorption of iron? Iron deficiency has been a long time issue.
