C section post workout
I had my first c-section on 6.5 months ago, last December; now I have joined gym, my scar area is normal till now; is there any chance to get hernia later?? Usually I took my baby in arms and swaying around to get him sleep he is 9 kgs now, does it harm my incision?? Also Today is the first day at gym, incision is ok but sometimes I can feel little sensation in left area of incision. I'm worried, should I continue gym?

In initial 1-2 weeks your goal should be core stability, flexibility and posture. Slowly increase the level of exercises over 2-3 weeks. Pelvic strengthening excercises like keigel excercise should be done. Consult for further advice on post partum period.
