Buttock and thigh pain
From yesterday, I was feeling some discomfortness in right lower back and buttock. Today I am a mild pain in upper right thighs and even in right buttock and right lower back. The pain is bearable but very uncomfortable. Only facing the pain in right thigh only. Do i have any major spine issues?. This is the first time i have ever felt.

Your symptoms do gravitate towards a lower spine issue. I suggest an XRay followed by physiotherapy. Warm compress to the lower back may also help.
Next Steps
X Ray - Lumbosacral spine (AP and Lateral views)
