My leg burnt with bike silencer and near area becomes yellow and red in colour and wounds nearer area is red in colour pls suggest what can I do

Burn from silencer can range from partial thickness burn to deep burns. Partial thickness burn generally heal by regular dressing but if it is a deep burn then better treatment is excision and skin grafting as per need of area burnt.
