Skinburn by bike silencer

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I've got a skin burn by bike silencer a month back but it is not getting cure. I've taken medication from a professional doctor and did a antibiotics course but still it is as it was. And from 2-3 days there are small bumps around the wound with the liquid in it. And it keeps coming out of the wound. And there is too much itching. So please help me out.
