Burnt on ankle by bike slncer

Asked for Male, 23 Years

My ankle was burnt by bike silncer in acccident but i cnt recognized that it was burnt injury or metal after that i used medicine betadine for healing n other antibiotics by the consultd medical bt now i think that its burnt injury swelling around ankle n not healing last 9day tell me what i do???
