Burning problem

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi, My friend had used benzoyl peroxide gel and ahaglow s (salicylic acid and glycolic acid) facewash because her doctor had recommended it to be used for treatment of acne. However, for past two days she is suffering from acute burning sensation which is not going away easily even after applying ice pack and other home remedies. Please suggest some medicine which can be used to get a relief from it. Thanks.
