Asked for Female, 25 Years

My friend had used this adapalene and benzoyl peroxide gel and Ahaglow s (Salicylic acid & Glycolic acid) face wash because her doctor had recommended this to be used for treatment of acne. However this has resulted in very acute burning sensation which is not going away even after putting ice pack and chilled water. Can you suggest something which would relieve her of this excess pain
