Burning pain post hemorrhoidectomy

Asked for Female, 45 Years

I had hemorrhoids surgery 4 years ago by an ayurvedic surgeon. Post surgery, I developed anal stricture and Sphincterotomy done. But still I have burning and sharp pain randomly at the area of scar tissue most of the days.Sigmoidoscopy reports are normal. Need help with this.
