Burning pain and tingling in urethra

Asked for Female, 26 Years

After 4 days of having sex, there is blood from urine and lot of pain. After i have done abdominal scan , there is hematuria and mild cystitis. In urine culture and sensitivity test there is e.coli infection. Then doctor adviced me 1 month antibiotic course. It's been 2 months I'm still feeling the pain. And i have googled about it. It is showing these are symptoms of std like hsv. So i have tested for hsv igm and it is -ve.I'm worried a lot. Please help me what should i do next.
