Blood in urination, pain&burning

My wife and I performed sex on 23rd August. This is our 4th time in intercourse from February. I used Kamasutra Condom 3 times and skore brand  condom one time. Whenever we used Kamasutra, she got infected with UTI, she is good when we're used skore brand. and we indulged in Doggy style for the first time on 23rdAugust . From then she is suffering from Severe pain and burning sensation in vagina. She used the medication as suggested earlier in Practo for the same. But, after completion of medication , she is again felt lot of pain, burning sensation and blood in urine from this morning 3AM,.. please suggest what to do.. here by I am attaching medication Prescription thst she used and blood during urine photo.. thank you Madam/Sir 🙏🙏🙏
