Burning in urine for 4 years
I have burning sensation in urine everytime since 4 years. I have seen 7 to 8 doctors...got my urine tested...in which pus cells once came 3-5 and then after that in 2-3 tests... there were no pus cells. I have been on antibiotics for 1 months many times...still the burning sensation doesn't go away. I got my kidney and ovaries, bladder, etc ultrasound...which says Everything is normal... 2 years ago one ultrasound said the bladder walls are thick and there may be cystitis...but after that the medications given did not cured me...now again i got 2 ultrasound and it says Everything is normal...from last six months i got dry piles and acute burning in my anus plus in urine...the doctors got my cretanine and serum checked but everything is normal...i have pelvic pain on my right side...i am unmarried...and 22 years old.. Each doctor says i have nothing in urine and vagina...but if i have nothing why the burning not going.. .i drink lots of water and doesn't eat spicy food and junk at all..

Possibility in you is urethritis and overactive bladder. You will need a test called uroflometry and also a cystoscopy based on the uroflometry finding. It can be treated. Few questions I have is what is the urine flow speed and frequency of urination and night urination or pain in the abdomen while passing urine. If you provide a detailed history as to what actually happened from 4 yrs, we can discuss about the treatment option.
Next Steps
Consultation with a urologist, uroflometry. Post void residue test.
Health Tips
Meet a urologist for proper evaluation.

You may need to be evaluated by Urologist and a proper history is of utmost importance. Ultrasound with pre & post void urine volume and Uroflowmetry are mandatory. Make a bladder diary of your fluid intake and urine output and then discuss with the Urologist
