My mother is experiencing severe burning in throat...no other issues...please suggest medicines..she doesn't have any other symptoms

Most common cause of severe burning in throat is usually due to reflux of gastric acid from the stomach , Other common causes are pharyngitis and laryngitis caused due to viral or any material in less but that will be usually associated with mild fever and pain in throat also kindly consult with your detailed history so that I can guide you further on the treatment part
