The baby, who is 2.5 years old, suffered a burn injury on the foot due to an electric kettle one month ago.
I have been consulting a surgeon for the past month, and they prescribed Derbisae ointment for healing.
However, the wound has not improved significantly.
A skin specialist recently examined the wound and recommended escharotomy surgery after consulting a pediatric surgeon.
So if the surgery is done it will be under local anesthesia or general anesthesia and if it risk for baby pls give suggestions
Is there any other treatment available

•You definitely need to get the surgery done and donot worry about anaesthesia, the anaesthesists will montior the patient and decide accordingly. But you need not worry about that.Good luck.
