Burn scar of 2.5 years
The baby, who is 2.5 years old, suffered a burn injury on the foot due to an electric kettle one month ago. I have been consulting a surgeon for the past month, and they prescribed Derbisae ointment for healing. However, the wound has not improved significantly. A skin specialist recently examined the wound and recommended escharotomy surgery after consulting a pediatric surgeon. So if the surgery is done it will be under local anesthesia or general anesthesia and if it risk for baby pls give suggestions Is there any other treatment available
