Bumps on skin
I am having small pimples like bumps on spine, tummy, hands and few in legs. They are tight but small. I am applying L-sys from 10 days and having altrax and deflawok 1 daily from 10 days. Still there are many everywhere. On some days they seem to be getting smaller and other day they again appear.
I am also having dandruff like fungi in hairs which is better as I am applying lemon and sarso tail but the hair fall has reduced my hair to extremely thin and it is not stopping.
Kindly suggested what to do in such case?
