Bumps on scrotum skincolr. Surgery.

I have skin colour bumps on scrotum more then 15 years old. They are painless, itchy, big and small. Right now around 10-12 in numbers. Though they are not affecting my sexual life. I am married and has a daughter. But it looks odd. Earlier around 6 years back once I got treatment from dermatologist in batra hospital, she prescribed one tab and cream. It worked but very slowly may be light dose. Due to unemployment I could not continue my treatment. I forgot the doctor name. Before 4 years from now I visited one dermatologist at green park. He removed 4-6 Bumps. Then he prescribed me to come after few days for further surgery. Again I could not go. Now I am looking for permanent treatment, if possible without surgery.
