Bumps on nose

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have having lots of bumps on my nose which are not cystic.. they do not pain neither have pus.. its maybe 4 years now its just like my normal skin when i touch it but visible to eyesight... when i press the bumps water comes out of it.. i have seen some terms on google regarding rhinophyma and rosacea but its not that worse.. plz recommend me something
