Asked for Female, 26 Years

Hi Doc, I have got small bumps on my lips..it's slight white and have increased in past 48 hours..m currently in Goa and had just applied a lipstick mostly in past 24 hours..can it be because of body heat or of the lipstick has expired?or can it be due to hormonal disbalance as this time my period has been delayed.? Kindly suggest what to do till the time I am in Goa..as I can only visit doc once I reach home..also please see the picture of my lips.
