Bumps and Itchy ring

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have got itchy rings near my thigh joint and scrotum, first it was like bumps then I applied antiseptic cream for some days then it turned to rings and acts itchy. At that part, Skin became rashy. Iam afraid to consult Please help
