Hi, I noticed a small bump on my wrist area. I researched online to know it is a ganglion cyst. Can you help me know it is a cyst? How do I proceed from here? Thanks!!

Yes it's a compound ganglion. Mostly it's a cosmetic deformity .warrants treatment for cosmetic reasons only .

Looks like a volar ganglion cyst. It is a regular thing we see in clinics. Consult online.
Next Steps
If it is painful, getting bigger, or recurred better go for percutaneous aspiration and intralesional. depopred application.
