Bump in mouth
Hello, today I noticed that i have a bump in my mouth. I haven't noticed it before, probably due to it's location. I have a cold right at the moment.
History of smoking: 3 years.

I am concerned about the probability of oral cancer and would like to know if I should see a doctor, because there's a queue of over a month. Thank you for your help.

Presence of a queue at a doctors office should not be the reason that you should avoid taking treatment for your problem.
Going only by the verbal description that you have mentioned and without any look at the clinical picture, it seems that you immediately need a proper clinical examination for proper diagnosis of the condition. History of tobacco usage is a risk factor for oral cancer development. A biopsy and histopathological examination will be required to accurately diagnose the case.
The right treatment can be instituted only after the right diagnosis.
