Bruised nail got worse

I accidentally kicked a really heavy stove in the beginning of this year with my foot. My nail bruised but i thought it was just a normal thing and it takes time to heal. I played soccer with my nail like that and my twice a player stepped on that nail. After some months the skin under the nail started rising and growing making my nail go higher and i had to cut it almost to the end. The skin had smell when i had the nail on it but now its just a 2cm bump eith a red mark in the middle.
