How to trear these brown spots, and pimples? really sensitive skin.
Kindly let me know how to get rid of these without getting dark there were some medicines i was using earlier and those were making my skin more dark and dull.

Melasma is difficult to treat but a lot of options are there. First and foremost, you have to follow strict sunprotection. Do not move out of house without sunscreen application 20 mins prior. Creams can be prescribed for melasma. Chemical peels also work a great deal in the initial stages to reduce the pigmentation which can later be maintained with creams.
