Brown dots on skin
Hello Doctor, I have a skin condition that has been present since I was 8 years old (I’m 28 now). The affected area is on my thighs ,and it looks like small dark spots or bumps, with some lighter patches nearby. It doesn’t cause pain or itchiness, but it hasn’t gone away over the years. I’m concerned about what it could be and if I need any treatment. Could this be something I should worry about, and what steps should I take?

It looks like a long-standing skin condition, possibly related to pigmentation or minor bumps. It's not harmful but can be addressed if it's bothering you.
