Breathing problem
Namaste...iam facing breathing problem only sometime during night ...that time I was not able to breath.iam facing this issue from past 1yr...sometimes like once in 15days like that iam facing this issue that too only during night times.after sleeping I will wak up for this breathing issue,it will be their for almost 2 to 3hour.morning times i will be normal...please help me what I have to do ???iam a Bp patient...iam taking medication for bp from the past 6years.

You may be having sleep apnea  ,where you will have tiredness after waking up ,day time sleepiness and snoring.Obesity is also associated with sleep apnea.It may adversely affect BP. It is manageable ,you consult with a pulmonologist who will examine you and treat you accordingly.

You may be having some sleep apnoea.a consult with a pulmonologist may be good. If you are overweight,you must consider weight loss,which will reduce the problem

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like breathing problem during night as sleeplessness due to some problem along to Upper respiratory tract. Ok the basis of current history take treatment as follow as 1- Tablet Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 3 day before food. 2- Tab - Montina -L 1 time per day for 3 day after food. 3- Tablet- Omnacartil 10 mg 1 time per day after food for 3 day. 4- Cap-Multivitamin A to Z Gold Capsule 2 time per day for 3 day after food.
