Breathing problem along with vertigo

Asked for Female, 22 Years

I have low blood pressure. Very often while I am outside or travelling by train to my college or i am in my field work in sun i feel such vertigo and mainly i face breathing problem and feel tremendously weak. One local doctor said that this is not due to low preasure because at that time i had normal blood pressure. Last month i had a course of 'NOVELON' tablet to delay my period cycle. Now Please suggest me Sir or Mam what should I do.
