Try to have organic certified shatavari powder( with out added sugars) in your daily diet. You can mix with A2 milk and consume at night.Including oat meal and drumstick leaves also increases milk production. Increase your daily fluid consumption . Apart from all these make your little one feed on ur breast frequently. If baby is not showing interest you can even use a breast pump.
Next Steps
Never reduce your food quantity with out consulting a qualified nutritionist. That will affect the quality and quantity of breastmilk production.
