Galact granules ( 2 tea spoons Twice a day)
emptying breast completely everytime you feed, followed by another breast. Atleast 3 -4 times night time feeding. Taking healthy food , fruits, vegetables.
Taking enough rest ( sleep whenever baby sleeps)
Stress, lack of sleep and proper nutrition, thinking too much will reduce milk production
Don't worry. Everything will be all right if you just continue feeding every 2-3 hrs. If baby passes urine 6 times per 24 hrs, Everything is fine
But you need help of pediatrician or lactation counseling for learning the latching and position of feeding.
All the best

I an to learn you are keen to breast feed your baby. Must continue to feed your feed . Every time start with alternate breast, you gave last on first on right side and then on left side. Next time start on left side. This assures complete emptying of breast andmore milk is produced. You mother should have nutritious food. Have lot of greens, fruits, milk , have Kale. It has lots antioxidants and nutrients minerals, havecocoanut water . Have jeera with water to swallow, seeds, nuts. You have black chocolate which sugar free. You concentrate on your food habits.
