Breastfeeding after 2 years
I am mom of 2 years old baby. Still i breastfeed my baby. I have good milk supply. My baby breast feed during sleep. It is ok to breastfeed after 2 years. Is there any benefit for baby throught extended feeding. As a mother will i take any supplements. Plz clarify my doubt

Extended breastfeeding continues to provide important nutrients but more than that it provides comfort and emotional security to child. Few researches suggested that it lower the risk for breast cancers. Mothers who are in extended feeding should take protein rich diet.
