Breastfed baby didnt poop since one day
My 4 month old son didnt poop since one day, I'm really worried as he used to poop many times during a one day. Since yesterday he didnt poop and only a very little amount he is pooping like a drop. He is urinating for about 20 times/day. He is passing gas well. He is active. Is this normal? This is the first time he didn't poop for a day.

Yes this is absolutely normal, don't worry about the frequency and consistency of stools. Urine output should be normal.
