Breast pain before periods
Suffering from breast pain before periods... excessive pain..usually starts from 10-15 days before periods and while approaching the date it increases like anything..while touching of wearing bra or any tight cloth not possible..lying down face side not possible...with periods it goes away but very painful before...pls advise any good medicine..also on touching feels little hard also before periods while paining..along with breas nipple pain too much as well
