Breast pain after breastfeeding

Hi doctor, I am breastfeeding to 2 years baby. After breastfeeding breast is paining alot for 3-4 hours. Also had a sore nipples always. What to do can u suggest??

U can try stopping breastfeeding. Baby is now 2 years old. Apply moisturizer on the nipples. Keep it clean
