  4. Breast pain. The hell out of me.

I have PCOD and this month my periods is delayed . I last got it on 17th March. Since past couple of days the lower left beast is hurting when touched. My breast is otherwise very soft no lumps or any other rashes . I usually get breast pain most of time before periods but this time its been 2 days i am experiencing this but the periods is not coming and this is worring me. I am getting slight discomfort in the lower abdomens too particularly at night but no periods yet and this freaking the hell out of me.
