Calcium + high dose D3 in breastfeeding
I am a breastfeeding mother, currently 9 months postpartum. I have been feeling physically weak and sleep deprived. I want to know if it is safe for me to take: Calbreak (calcium + vitamin D supplement) daily Uprise D3 60,000 IU twice a month Since Calbreak already contains some vitamin D, is it safe to combine both?
