Problem: I have a abscess on my left breast which has turned to be like a coin sized lump. It is painful and also seems like a cluster of lumps. It needs diagnosis and incision.

We need to be sure whether it really is and abscess... if it is so then u need emergency surgery. ...incision and drainage at the earliest ..

Firstly you need to meet a general surgeon. Get an examination, ultrasound scan. Then can plan for a I & D or lump excision.
Costs will wary with type of hospital, whether under local anaesthesia or under general anaesthesia(admission required).
