Breast lump feel pain last two weeks

Asked for Female, 51 Years

Hi doctor, My mother in law had a breast lump(medium large) and felt pain last two weeks. She don't feel nipple changes and nipple pain or discharge. Today we took MRI and the lump sent it for lab testing also. currently,We are scaring until we know the lab result, before that anyone suggest/advice me, All lump are cancerous or might be chances of cysts/something else. Thanks for advance
