My mother having lump on left breast
After mri it is showing ductal ectasia i am attaching reports and doctors of aiims saying go for central quadrantectomy what should I do my mother is not ready for it can you suggest me another way to cure it ?

MRI does not show any tumour or malignancy. Can follow advise about surgery from general surgeon. Only if histopathology report shows any sinister finding of malignancy you need oncology advise.
Otherwise she needs routine screening for breast cancer with mammogram once every 2 years .
