Breast fibroadrnoma since sept 2021
Hello I am having breast fibroadrnoma since 2021 but before that I felt that in July 2021. In September I came to know that I am having fibroadenoma in both breast and it's birads score is 3. Doctor mentioned that it is perfectly ok however yearly checking needs to be done. One of the lumps in left breast is of 2.1 in sept and in Jan 2022 is was 1.7 and in March 2022 it was 1.9 ( done these tests out of fear). Again in July I did the USG once again and that lump is now 2.1 again. Is there anything to fear about? Radiologist suggested biopsy is not needed. What should I eat to maintain these lumps and is that curable by homeopathy?? Please suggest.

Its treatment is surgery(enucleation). No other medications will help it. And also not an emergency surgery though.
