  4. Breast discharge. Of these medicines?

I m on Ayurvedic medicine for my scanty period issue, along with that I'm even taking gastric medicine esomac 40 and naxdom 500. Today my nipples were paining little and when I pressed it I observed transparent milky type discharge from both my breast. Is it a side effect of these medicines? I had done my prolactin thyroid test on 25th June and it was normal.
