For the past one month I've been sick, doctor ordered test was placed on antimalarial and antibiotics. Taking these my symptoms didn't get better, had digestive issues, had chest discomfort once in a while, worse was constant headache brain fog which seems to be getting worse,. Follow up test showed malaria though little same as typhoid, was still placed on antimalarial and antibiotics still not getting better especially the Brain fog,. Another test only showed traces of malaria, widal test showed A 1:20, B: 1:20 and C 1:80. had liver and kidney function tests which showed no problem. But my mental state is getting worse, can't concentrate  and problems with memory, unable to do things I previously loved doing, still have fever and chills though not steady at night I do feel weak in my arms and legs, which gets better when I move in the morning, my vision was also affected the first person I went for consultation and seems to be getting worse, always weak and oberved oral thrush
