Bp on lower side and body ache
My current bp is 110/63. I am feeling dizziness but a lot of body ache. My random blood sugar level is 118, which 8s okay. Pls suggest instant home remedy for low bp.

It’s absolutely fine. BP is not low. Dizziness is due to hot humid temperatures of delhi . Drink electrol solution and plenty of fluids
