I have been suffering from knee pain both legs from 4weeks. It's very uncomfortable but bearable . My job work involves continuous standing and walking .Can you suggest any remedy

Pls take one  tablet dolo for emergency. But meet an orthopaedic surgeon. Many reasons can cause knee pain.
