Hi doctors, I have a upper and lower back pain only on the right side that’s including my arm and a leg and that pain increased after I masturbate and upper pain gets worst when I look down to my phone or whatever on anything that’s only I’m standing and looking the pain comes and make a little paralyse like don’t able to put my head up that quick and easily
