Boils regularly coming in under Arms

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I've been severely suffering with boils in my both underarms since more than an year, used candid dusting powder on a doctor's suggestion but no use. They come and go very frequently and they last for 3 to 5 days each time. Any help would or suggestions would be very helpful.
