Boils in under arm
Once in about 2 months I get these red big boils in my underarm with cause pain. They last for a couple of days and then burst and disappear. Before they appear I can feel a small hard patch under my skin. What is this and what is the cause and cure?

Hi You seem to be having recurring furunculosis. This is due to a bacteria called staphylococcus. Once you have a infection it does take some time to resolve. You may need an antibiotic soap and cream in addition to antibiotics tablets. You may also need suppressive doses of antibiotics for a prolonged period of time. Please meet a dermatologist so they can advise you on the best treatment plan
