Hi ! It could be a new acne boil which is being controlled by medicine. Do not try to press or break or remove the contents. If you have an antibiotic cream to be applied for acne you can use the same. If the boil doesn't settle in 48 hours then you might require to take oral antibiotics. Hope this helps.
